To identify and eliminate cases of unauthorized occupation of land plots:

🔴 As a result of inventory work carried out by inspectors of land and cadastral control of the Agency, it was revealed that 2,332.7 hectares of land were seized arbitrarily in 13,551 cases across the country.

In particular, 7,323 (646.2 hectares) of housing, 3,655 (246 hectares) of non-residential land, 1,820 (663.7 hectares) of land as land, 59 (269.1 hectares) ) in 121 cases (13.9 hectares) for soil quarrying and in 573 cases (493.7 hectares) for other purposes.

🔷In order to eliminate violations of the identified land violations and take measures against them:

🔸12,167 warning letters were sent to offenders, of which 2,128 (560.3 hectares) were eliminated;

7,962 (1,349.2 hectares) proposals were submitted to district (city) khokimiyats to eliminate violations of land legislation.
🔸 In 1,712 cases, 168 (15.7 hectares) cases were resolved (on the destruction of illegal devices), and 894 cases (127.7 hectares) are pending. ;

4 4,754 cases (1,013.3 hectares) have been reported to the prosecutor's office and legal action is being taken to take legal action against the offenders.

🔴 Penalties for non-registration of land rights.

A total of 2,629,007 cases of non-state registration of land rights were identified, of which 23,584 individuals were fined ,95.9 billion soums and 💵3.6 billion soums were fined. .soums were collected (2.3 billion soums of fines were not collected).

💰In particular, in the Republic of Karakalpakstan from 776.9 million to 513.7 million. (66%), from 377.3 million to 210.4 million in Andijan. (56%), from 219 million to 128 million in Bukhara. (59%), from 174.4 million to 83 million in Jizzakh. (48%), in Kashkadarya from 308 million to 229 million. (74%), in Navoi from 322 million to 178 million. (55%), Namangan 1,065 mln. To 744 mln.
