Recently, there has been an increase in fraud cases involving former or current cadastral employees who falsely promise to “obtain land” or “change the land category” for money. Many of these individuals have already been detained by law enforcement agencies.
We firmly declare that neither regional offices, subordinate organizations, nor the leadership of the Cadastral Agency have such powers.
Such processes cannot be carried out “in exchange for money” — they are strictly regulated by law.

Land plots for housing or business purposes are sold through open online auctions;

Changing the land category can be done only with the permission of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Reminder: Even if the land category is changed, the land is transferred to the state reserve and resold through auction.
If you receive suspicious offers from current or former cadastral employees, please report to law enforcement agencies or contact the Cadastral Agency via short number 1097.
The only reliable path is the legal one!
