A census in Yangiyer found that 10 people had built houses and exercised their right to real estate without state registration. This was reported to Kun.uz by the regional cadastre department.
Despite the fact that these citizens have all the documents for registration of the right to real property, they did not apply to the state registration body and were fined 2 million tenge (currently 245 thousand soums), according to the State Registration Committee. A fine of 450,000 soums was imposed.
